Emily
Teacher

Emily has always loved working with children and spent ten years as a children’s nurse, as well as working in a SEN school—roles she found both rewarding and meaningful. A lifelong love of swimming meant that when her own children were born, swimming lessons became a priority for both their enjoyment and safety. Emily loved taking her children swimming and watching their confidence grow as they learned new life saving skills, which inspired her ambition to become a swimming teacher. Now that her children are older, she is doing a job she truly loves, and the family’s shared passion for the water continues through activities such as scuba diving together!
